Halo has the Spiro CBD kit.The 4.2ml Spiro POD has the milligram strength of 34mg/ml of active ingredient. If you want to buy 1000mg of CBD oil I recommend CBD Vape Juice.
I recently started vaping and got the small Juno vape what do you know about it?

I have not as yet tested the Juno, but I do know it is a closed-system pod vape pen and that the nicotine level is 36mg.

Looking for a vape for Glycerin based CBD oils what is your recommendation?

I can recommend two nice vape pens for CBD. The SMOK Nord does work great with CBD liquids when using the 1.4ohm coil that comes with the kit. The mini mod – SMOK Trinity Alpha will also work if you prefer a box mod.
Can I put hash oil in it?

Absolutely.The Rubi vape pen is compatible with wax, oil, gel and similar concentrates. You’ll get nice clouds too.
